Unfortunately due to cover-19 now spreading so much worldwide we are unable to keep to our regular shipping speeds in certain countries. As a result, DHL have now stopped all shipments going to the USA, Italy, Australia and New Zealand.

All other countries are normal shipping and we aim to get back to being fully operational as soon as possible.

We are still taking all orders and packaging with shipping labels but they will not be collected from our warehouse by DHL until the borders have been re-opened.

All orders are eligible for free collection from our Bristol store.

We will email you once your order is ready to collect.




All orders outside of the U.K are sent with DHL.


DHL Express: 1 - 3 working days.

DHL Standard: 4 - 12 working days.


DHL Express: 1 - 5 working days.

DHL Standard: 5 - 15 working days.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please contact us within 7 working days via our contact page to request a exchange/Return, We'll send the specific returns address and instructions on how to do so.

Please retain your proof of postage to avoid disappointment. If you cannot provide proof of postage or a receipt for your returned item your exchange may be be denied. 

Returned items must be in the same condition unworn, unwashed, with any tags or branding attached and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a exchange if items are not received in their original condition.

We do not cover return shipping costs. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure your return reaches us, items that are not received will not be refunded so we recommend using tracked or insured service to avoid disappointment.
