Returns & Exchange Process
Thank you for shopping at Coldprints. Not entirely satisfied with your purchase? No problem, we’ll sort it. Items purchased from www.coldprints.co.uk are eligible for a 14-day returns policy from the date you received your order. All returned items must be unworn in the original packaging with tags still attached; any items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund. Exchanges for different sizes/items are possible.

01. REGISTER YOUR RETURN
To start, select the button below and follow the step-by-step instructions to register your request online.
02. PREPARE THE PARCEL
Place the items you wish to return inside a secure package. We recommend reusing the original polybag to help reduce waste.
03. ATTACH THE LABEL
Print the provided PDF shipping label and fix it securely to the outside of your parcel. Ensure it completely covers any previous delivery stamps or barcodes.
04. DROP OFF & REFUND
Hand over your parcel at a designated Post Office. We will notify you once your return is in transit. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of your return being accepted.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Return Fee: A UK return postage fee of £3.49 will be deducted from your refund total to cover the shipping label.
- Mystery Items: Free mystery T-shirts must be returned. If you choose to keep the T-shirt, £15 will be deducted from your refund. Mystery boxes are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: We offer direct exchanges through the same returns portal above.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non refundable.
- Proof of Postage: Please retain your proof of postage. We cannot process refunds for items that do not reach us without valid proof of sending.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. We reserve the right to deny refunds for items not in their original condition.
