We are official partners with UPS, DPD & Royal Mail. Both services offer speedy delivery times & live tracking updates on your parcels so you never have to miss a delivery.

Now shipping to 30+ countries with no extra customs fees or taxes including USA, EU, Canada, AUS & more! (dependant on your chosen shipping method & country)

Shipping Times:

  • UK: 2–5 working days (Royal Mail 1st Class, fully tracked & signed)
  • EU: 5–10 working days (UPS Express, tracked, zero extra fees – excludes select countries)
  • USA: 5–10 working days (UPS DDP, fully tracked, zero extra fees)
  • AUS/Rest of World: 5–15 working days (UPS DDP, fully tracked, zero extra fees)

All items are printed and fulfilled in-house at our Bristol, UK studio to ensure quality. Orders may take a little longer during busy periods. You’ll only receive an update once your order is dispatched, but feel free to email us anytime for updates: info@coldprintsstore.com.

Returns:

We offer hassle-free returns on all orders!

  • For UK orders please use our returns portal here
  • For worldwide orders please contact our friendly customer care team and they will send you over all of the relevant information for your return. *Customers outside of the UK are liable for your own return fees.

Please note:

  • The UK return postage fee is £3.49 This covers your return shipping label. This will be deducted from your refund total. All you have to do is drop this off to your local post office and you will receive your refund within 5 working days from when your return has been accepted.
  • Free mystery T-shirts also have to be returned. If you would like to keep it then the cost (£15) will be deducted from your refund.
  • You have 14 days to return your order from the date you received your order.

Track your order:

Tracking details are emailed upon dispatch. Your order status won’t change until it has been dispatched so please don’t worry if you don’t hear anything from us during your shipping time. Contact us if you have any tracking questions. regarding your tracking info.

International Shipping:
We now ship to 30+ countries with zero customs fees & taxes (depending on country/method).

  • EU, USA, Canada, AUS, NZ, Saudi & UAE: Shipped via UPS DDP – we pay all duties & taxes.
  • Exceptions: Duties/taxes may apply to Malta, Norway, Greece, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Monaco, Iceland, Estonia, South Africa, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia & Slovenia.

Shipments into the EU are now shipped via UPS express which is fully tracked and usually arrives within 4 days from date of shipment. (excludes select countries)

For smooth delivery, please include both your email and mobile number at checkout.

If you do not pay your customs fees, your parcel will be destroyed by UPS and a refund will not be possible.

* We cannot take responsibility for an incorrect shipping address filled on the site. Please ensure you check your completed address to make sure it is deliverable.

Returns

Please retain your proof of postage to avoid disappointment. If you cannot provide proof of postage or a receipt for your returned item your return may be be denied. 

Returned items must be in the same condition unworn, unwashed, with any tags or branding attached and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a exchange if items are not received in their original condition.

We do not cover return shipping costs. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure your return reaches us, items that are not received will not be refunded so we recommend using tracked or insured service to avoid disappointment.

Please note, if for any reason that you refuse to pay any customs fees then your parcel will be sent back to us and the return shipping costs along with any duties or taxes will be subtracted from your refund total.

We do not offer exchanges for different sizes. We recommend ordering the new size/item you would like and returning the original product for a refund.

We are unable to refund any duties and taxes paid or incurred on an order.

Mystery boxes are non refundable.
